Each time you shop, we’ll fill in a box on your card with the date and your total spent (before sales tax). When you fill up all 6 boxes on your first card, we’ll add up the total and give you 5% back to spend as cash. Beginning with your second 6-box card (it’s green), we give you 10% back when you fill your card. It’s that simple. The more boxes and cards you fill, the more rewards you enjoy!

For instance: if, over your first six purchases, you spend $200, we’ll give you $10 to spend as cash. If you spend $500 over six purchases, we’ll give you $25 back. Once you move up into the Green Club, your reward amount doubles to 10%.
RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE:
If you bought it here, and are unhappy with a product for any reason, we’ll take it back, no hassle.
Proof of purchase is required, either via the record of your purchase in our system or with your receipt. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, or we can provide you a store credit that will never expire.
For safety and hygiene reasons, car seats and breast pumps are excluded. If you have an issue with a car seat or breast pump purchased at Green Bambino, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue. At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% for any baby carrier that is not in like new condition when returned.
-Please allow 10 Business Days for a return or exchange to be processed. We are usually faster, but depending on the situation, these things can take time.
-All UNUSED, UNWORN and UNWASHED items may be returned within 30 days of our shipment of the item(s) to you. Any item that appears to be worn, washed, or smells from use or laundry detergent will be returned to sender with no exchange or refund given. Returns are accepted and payments, minus shipping charges or actual shipping costs*, will be refunded up to 30 days after purchase was made.
-Green Bambino MUST RECEIVE the items within 30 days of original shipment for no additional fees to be charged. After 30 days, a restocking fee up to 20% will be charged/deducted from your refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
-Items must be new (not washed, used or worn), and in original packaging, if applicable. If original packaging is damaged, there will be a restocking fee of up to 20%.
-All SALES ARE FINAL on discontinued and clearance items. Items that Green Bambino discontinues selling on our site will not be accepted for return/exchange.
-Defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Some manufacturers prefer to work directly with the consumer. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us with details at firstname.lastname@example.org or 405-848-2330.

*What we mean by actual shipping costs…We offer you the convenience of flat rate shipping, but often our shipping costs exceed what we have charged you to ship your order. If you return an order and we paid actual costs of $12.00 to USPS to ship your order, you will be refunded minus the $12.00. To help us keep our shipping costs low, we reserve the right to withhold the shipping charges or the actual shipping costs, whichever is higher.
NEW, EASIER RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you have a damaged or defective item, bring it back to Green Bambino and we’ll take care of it for you. Proof of purchase is required, either via a record in our system or the original register receipt. Please let us know what’s wrong with the item so we can follow up with the manufacturer. The manufacturer may follow up with you directly concerning the problem.
